In the rare event we must cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
If a route becomes inaccessible due to weather or road closure (common on high-altitude passes), we will offer an alternate itinerary first; if no suitable alternative is possible, a pro-rated refund applies for the unused portion of the trip.
