A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received, as communicated at the time of quote. Balance payment is typically due on trip completion unless otherwise agreed.
Itineraries may need to be adjusted due to weather, road closures (e.g. Rohtang Pass, Kunzum Pass) or local authority restrictions. We will inform you promptly and suggest the best available alternative.
Our drivers are trained to prioritise passenger safety on hill roads. Please follow their guidance regarding halts, weather-related delays and safe travel timing, especially on high-altitude routes.
